Acceptance of Terms

By using Allpaintings Art Directory in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, which we may update without notice and encourage you to check back here at any time. To use the Art Directory, you must be legally competent to enter a binding agreement.

Description of Allpaintings Art Directory submit service

Allpaintings Art Directory is a service provided by Allpaintings Art Portal to consider your web site for inclusion in the Art Directory. INCLUSION IS NOT GUARANTEED. Subject to the terms below, if your web site is accepted, then your web site's continued inclusion in the Directory will be subject to additional review each year and to the applicable NON-REFUNDABLE recurring annual fee. In consideration of your payment and participation in Allpaintings Art Directory in accordance with this Agreement, Art Directory agrees that an editor will look at your site, consider it for inclusion in the Directory, and respond to you. If your site offers services on a subscription basis, you must provide a trial password or subscription ID as part of the registration form. The password/subscription ID will be valid for a period of not less than 60 days and will be used by Art Directory solely as part of its evaluation of whether your site meets and maintains the minimum site criteria explained below.

You must submit a valid Paypal email as part of the registration form. You agree that your credit card will be charged the applicable NON-REFUNDABLE fee for inclusion consideration. If your site is included, Allpaintings Art Directory, reserves the right to remove your site if it fails to meet the minimum criteria below.

Free inclusions are not SEO, this means that their Internet Popularity will not increase by the search engine robots. The Reciprocal Link submissions are like Regular Listings but free of charge. Deleting the reciprocal link delete the submitted site in our directory automatically.

Allpaintings Art Directory reserves the right to list any submission in the best category for its content.

You accept that Allpaintings Art Directory can be out of service due any reason and no compensation will be given to the owners of submited sites.

Minimum Site Criteria

All web sites submitted to Allpaintings Art Directory must meet the following minimum criteria:

- The site must not already appear in the Directory.
- The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights.
- The site must have art related content.

Also, any submission can be rejected for any reason that will be explained in an email.

Copyright

You acknowledge and agree that the content on the Art Directory is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. It is very easy to copy things in cyberspace, but not necessarily always acceptable or legal. Unless otherwise noted, you may view, copy and download so long as you use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not post, distribute, or modify them or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
